We often use that term "lifelong learners" when discussing our teaching goals, it is interesting to have it summarised into categories. There are several that I would find easier for me than others.
The habits I identified with were 'beginning with the end in mind' as I like to have reasons and know why, I like to know where I am headed. Specific to technology- Habit No. 7 1/2 'Play' is the easiest for me, I definitely learn by doing and most of my skills in technology have been learnt through trial and error and help from others along the way.
The hardest habit for me is viewing problems as challenges. I think it is hard to view every challenge as a learning experience.

Hi Cherie, congrats on starting your Learning 2.0 blog.
Learning by doing is important, especially when it comes to learning with technology. Like you, I've learnt most things by playing around with new computers or software. One of our colleagues said to me recently, "you just have no fear, do you?"
I once had a department manager in my old high school/uni job at Big W tell me "there are no such things as problems, only opportunities." While I'm not sure how much he really believed what he was saying, I think it's true - at least we can see that in hindsight.
